The project shown was developed in collaboration with Lüra, a specialist in bulk material halls and modular hall construction solutions that meet the highest standards of technology and design. The TECDOS PI-GAMMA drive system ensures the reliable and safe opening and closing of the hall roofs – even under demanding conditions.
Section drive
Doors weighing several tons, e.g. in hangars or industrial halls, must be opened and closed reliably, as neither people nor objects must be damaged. A combination of various TECDOS drive technologies offers the perfect solution.
Fast and safe unloading of materials
In a transshipment port for bulk goods, a device was required to unload rail wagons quickly and safely. The wagon unloading system was to lift and tip loads of up to 100 tons.
Blade Turning Device

Belt grinding carriages/ discharge carriages - Drive technology for the bulk materials industry
The TECDOS OMEGA DRIVE is mounted on a frame and the round steel chain is tensioned with two end attachments. The OMEGA DRIVE moves the belt grinding carriage or discharge carriage so that the bulk materials are thrown evenly into the hoppers.
