Kernkomponente jeder TECDOS Systemanwendung ist eine hochverschleißfeste RUD-Rundstahlkette für höchste Lebensdauer - auch bei verschleißaggressiven Medien. Äußerst dynamische Festigkeit sorgt dabei für maximale Betriebssicherheit.
RUD TECDOS Kettenrad
Das TECDOS Kettenrad für Antriebe und Umlenkungen kann in Einstrang- und Mehrstrangausführung gefertigt werden. Lieferung auf Anfrage in allen Kettengrößen TEC 6 bis TEC 260 für Belastungen von 6 bis 260 kN.
RUD TECDOS Kettenendbefestigung
Die Ketten-Endbefestigung zur Verbindung von Ketten an Tragstrukturen für den Bereich der Antriebstechnik, übertragen 100 % der TECDOS Ketten-Betriebskräfte. Durch ihre verstellbare Achse sorgt sie beim Einsatz für höchmögliche Flexibilität.
RUD TECDOS PI-GAMMA
Das Komplettsystem PI-GAMMA eignet sich besonders für den horizontalen/ansteigenden und vertikalen Einsatz mit einer festen 180 Grad (PI) beziehungsweise flexiblen 90 bis 180 Grad Umlenkung (GAMMA). Grund hierfür, ist der oben liegende Motor der Antriebstechnik.
RUD TECDOS OMEGA
Je nach Anwendung wird der OMEGA-Antrieb an der zu bewegenden Last befestigt und zieht diese anschließend an der Rundstahlkette entlang oder bewegt diese von einem anderen Standort aus.

The complete system PI-GAMMA complete system is particularly suitable for horizontal/ascending and vertical applications with a fixed 180 degree (PI) or flexible 90 to 180 degree deflection (GAMMA). The reason for this is the top-mounted motor of the drive technology.
